Cono Sur Organic Chardonnay — Chile
The nose has a Burgundian slant to it, with an ever so slight suggestion of a nut component with some riper apple, pear, citrus and even a hint of soft peach notes, along with a subtle nuance of honey underneath, which reminds of something from the Macon region of southern Burgundy. The aromatics offer up richness with restraint. The palate is medium-fuller bodied with some honeyed pear, red apple fruit and a slightly broader, ever so subtle peach flavor that adds some nice mid palate breadth and richness. This shows good drive as well as length with good fruit intensity. For the money this has a lot of flavor and good complexity. This represents excellent value for a style that is more focused and precision driven, without leaning on any oak influence, buttery overtures or sweetness for nuance and character. This is more dry than many domestic Chardonnays at this price point. This has a lot of food diversity as well as a delicious drop on its own.

Beringer Stone Cellars Chardonnay — California
The summer fruit aromas and flavors are balanced by the citrus and the creaminess is balanced with refreshing acidity. The result is a wine that works really well for entertaining, not only because it pleases so many palates, but also because it pairs with a variety of foods or is great all by itself.

Flora Springs Barrel Fermented Chardonnay — Napa
Flora Springs Barrel Fermented Chardonnay is Napa Valley history in a bottle. In 1980, at a time when Chardonnay was a true ambassador for wines from the New World, Flora Springs began its reign as one of the great Chardonnay producers from Napa Valley. Regardless of wine trends, Flora Springs continues to craft its Barrel Fermented Chardonnay in a style that has inspired both white wine producers and Chardonnay connoisseurs for the last 26 years.

The wine offers rich flavors of peach and pear with a hint of pineapple on the palate. Due to the considerable richness that is inherent in Flora Springs' fruit, this wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. They choose to highlight the bright acidity available in their Chardonnay to create a delicious wine that can pair beautifully with food or simply be enjoyed alone.

Sonoma Cutrer Chardonnay — Sonoma
Flavors of lemon, apple, pear, pineapple and cantaloupe—the full array of Sonoma's cornucopia of fruit, joins a nutty, spicy, lightly oak profile that stakes out a unique territory sure to please those who love Chardonnay.

Spinyback Sauvignon Blanc — New Zealand
Spinyback is a translation of the Maori name Tuatara, an endangered animal that shares lizard and snake characteristics. The estate vineyards are in the Waimea Plains of Nelson, an area featuring stony, free-draining soils. Summers are hot and dry. The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are destemmed without any crushing, protecting the aromatic freshness of the varietal, then cold settled for 3 days; fermentation occurs in stainless steel, inoculated with a variety of aromatic yeasts at a low temperature. The bouquet of gooseberry, passion fruit and lime is repeated on the palate with a mineral undercurrent. Balance and length are excellent. Brilliant with seafood.

Caposaldo Pinot Grigio — Italy
It is a delicate white fruit with apple aromas. Flavors are offset by notes of acacia blossoms and almonds. The texture is crisp and vibrant with a well-balanced, bright acidity and a clean, fresh finish. Good with chicken or turkey, light pasta dishes, seafood and cheese.

Mercer Pinot Gris — Washington State
Ripe pear, melon, and peach fruit flavors backed by a minerality and good acidity make this a refreshing, balanced wine that will go well with seafood, chicken and cheeses.

Beringer White Zinfandel — California
Aromas and flavors of strawberries, citrus, and spice come to the forefront of this wine. It is a very flexible wine that pairs well with any dish, from the best steak to spicy Asian, Mexican or Southern dishes and everything in between.

Schmitt-Sohne Piesporter Michelsburg Kabinete Riesling — Germany
A very crisp, moderately light-bodied wine reminiscent of Granny Smith apples. The lively acidity results in a juicy, clean palate feel. Pair with cheeses, shellfish and white meats.

An incredibly powerful Shiraz with tell-tale purity. A structure of balanced acidity and soft, integrated tannins extends the harmony in a rich, long finish.

White Oak Merlot — Napa

El Portillo Merlot — Argentina

Stags Leap Petit Syrah — Napa
This wonderful wine is a rich purple color with a decadent nose full of blueberry and blackberry fruit and hints of cocoa. In the mouth, the wine is vibrant and expressive, continuing to display black fruits and chocolate with additional notes of espresso and spice.

Cline Ancient Vines Zinfandel — Sonoma
The Ancient Vines Zinfandel offers flavors of dark berries and toasted caramel and a long finish. Concentrated fruit and soft tannins make this vintage a mouth-coating sensation.

MollyDooker Maitre D’ Cabernet — Mclaren Vale, Australia
A good amount of smoke and spice dominates the nose of the wine, with black fruit on the palate. This has more tannin than the Merlot, and also a more jammy quality to it. The fruit character is blackberry and black plums, and the oak definitely comes through on the palate with some more herbacious flavors.

Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon — Napa, Oakville District
Ruby Red, aroma of cassis with hints of toasty oak and sweet vanilla, Taste layers of cassis, coffee and toasted oak add to this rich and mouth-filling cabernet. A lingering finish is the result of a well-structured body, full texture with ripe, refined tannins.
